Looooong time no see!
I’m so happy to be back here to catch up with you guys… I know Friday’s aren’t on my regular posting schedule but I just couldn’t wait to get up some new content! Got home late yesterday from a week at cheer camp and woke up this morning overflowing with new ideas for the blog! As some of you may know, I’m on summer break, which means sleeping in (7 AM today;) and getting in a mid-morning run or yoga class… followed by a trip to Whole Foods. Mornings like these make me smile, so I thought I would share some of the items I picked up/ will be trying out in the next few days.
Some are repeat buys, but mostly new goodies!
Kite Hill Chive Cream “Cheese”… Made from almonds and tastes absolutely dreamy! Perfect sub for regular cream cheese if you have trouble processing dairy.
Kite Hill Almond Milk Yogurt- New to me and I’m really excited to try! I’ve heard rave reviews about it as a great dairy-free option, so if it’s a winner, I’ll let you all know!
Another newbie… Better Bean Roasted Red Bean dip. Sounds Delish!
One of my favorite hummus brands… Full of clean, nourishing ingredients. This one packs in the healthy fats with a good kick of spice!
Siete Grain Free Chips… These are 100% a game changer in my opinion. The flavor, crunch and ingredient list is amazing! I love these along with the 2 other flavors, Sea Salt and Nacho. (And, they happen to be a local Austin company:)
Rebbl Drinks- I’ve tried one of these guys out before and LOVED it. They’re full of MCT’s and Adaptogens (herbs with incredible health benefits) and have a variety of different flavors that I’m excited to try!
Lazy Meadows Grass-Fed Whole Milk- I just recently started adding a dash of whole milk to my morning coffee and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. I came across this cute little bottle and was thrilled to see it’s grass-fed and non-GMO!
Angelic Bake house Flatzza- This girl loves a good slice of pizza. I had seen these a couple of times in the store and finally went for it today. Made with sprouted whole grains, this is a perfect substitute for your typical pizza crust… and it’s perfect for a personal pizza!
Last but not least, Natural Calm. One of my favorite bloggers, Laura Lea of LLBalanced Blog has shared these time and time again so I thought I would give it a try. Known as the “stress relieving” drink, it’s a great source of Melatonin and is the perfect way to unwind before bed.
Well, that wraps up today’s haul! I hope you enjoyed it and are able to try out some of these products yourself! Stay tuned for lots of exciting new things coming here on Mind Body Glow! Wishing you a lovely Friday…
