Overnight Oats 3 Ways

Hi Friends!

It’s a pretty typical morning over here at my house…Woke up early, sipped coffee, flipped on the Today Show and enjoyed a delicious breakfast! Last night I got an itch for some overnight so, mid-watching of The Bachelorette, I snuck to the kitchen and whipped up a quick batch of my new favorite… Overnight oats! And I was able to prep them/clean up all within a commercial break:)
Like I’ve mentioned before, I LOVE mornings. I look forward to them every night as I go to bed. They’re still, quiet and the perfect way to start a good day. Now, I know this isn’t the case for many people… This time of day can bring stress, panic and absolutely no time to bother with a nourishing, balanced breakfast.

For that reason exactly, I’m SO excited to share with you guys one of my easiest make-ahead recipes that will make those crazy mornings just a little more enjoyable.

What I love the most about overnight oats is just how versatile they are. You can really add whatever sounds good to you… fruit, nut butter, spices, etc. Today I bring to you my 3 favorite combos.. I hope you enjoy!!

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  1. Combine all ingredients together in mason jar or any other air tight container. Let sit in fridge overnight or up to 5 days. Top with any fun toppings!
