I’m glad to be back here with you all! The past week has been busy preparing for a week ahead of vacation, but I couldn’t be more excited for this time away. There’s something incredibly refreshing about a week full of family time.
Earlier this week I had the special opportunity to do a cooking segment on my local news channel, Studio 512. 7 year old Lily, who spent most of her time filming herself pretending to be on the Food Network, would be VERY happy:)
I was nervous and excited all at the same time! I’m not typically a person who loves public speaking, so the idea of talking in front of thousands of viewers didn’t exactly sit well with me… but I was pleasantly surprised… I had fun!!
During the segment, I made 2 of my favorite Overnight Oat recipes (last weeks blog post). I was excited to share this recipe because it’s simple, delicious and super nutritious. Below, I’ve linked the segment, so feel free to check it out!
